New Regulations for Vacation Rental Properties
Declaration Required Before Start of Activity
Individuals wishing to engage in the vacation rental business must now submit a declaration before commencing operations. This requirement applies to all furnished and equipped properties that meet the established criteria for immediate use.
Registration and Modifications
The declaration process includes registering the property in the General Registry. Additionally, any subsequent modifications to the property must be communicated to the relevant authorities.
